QH Distribution is a USA distributor in personal care and cosmetics industry. We have been providing competitive, full-distribution services to vendors and customers since 1984. We are looking for a well-organized Sales Admin to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Check and contact with customers from different platforms under QH Distribution (Website, Voicemail, Mail, etc.)
  • Update & follow up with salesman, customers on sales inquiries
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks related to other departments
  • Organize and ensure proper execution of Secretarial Tasks of Sales Department (Documents, Catalogs, Pictures, Price Lists etc.) and support Sales Team with assistance of daily tasks
  • Set-up and maintain Information System necessary for Sales Department
  • Liaise with Customer on Quotation, Samples, Orders and Deliveries
  • Ensure tight and good communication between all connected Departments and Employees on relevant Sales Topics

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good in English
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • High responsibility with an attitude in problem-solving
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • 01 – 02 years of service planning/ sales administrator and/or customer service experience.
